1. Introduction

Fetolist ("the App") is developed by mfminc ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our mobile application designed for obstetrics and maternity clinic management.

2. Data Collection & Storage

Fetolist operates with an offline-first architecture. All data is stored locally on your device using SQLite database technology.

Data we store on your device:

Account Information: Username, password (encrypted), full name, and clinic name — stored locally for authentication.
Patient Records: Patient demographics, medical examination data across 9 clinical steps, and associated photographs — stored entirely on your device.

Data we do NOT collect:

We do not collect, transmit, or store any patient data on external servers.
We do not collect personal analytics, location data, or usage tracking information.
We do not share any data with third parties.

3. Device Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

Camera: To capture medical photographs for patient documentation.
Storage: To save and retrieve patient photographs and exported PDF files.

These permissions are used solely for the stated clinical documentation purposes.

4. In-App Purchases

Fetolist offers a one-time premium unlock via Google Play In-App Purchase. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Google Play and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not process or store payment information.

5. Data Security

Patient data is stored locally on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security features (screen lock, encryption). User passwords are hashed before storage. We recommend:

Using a strong device passcode or biometric lock.
Regularly backing up your device.
Not sharing your Fetolist account credentials.

6. Data Export

You may export individual patient records as PDF files. These exports are generated locally on your device and shared through your device's native sharing capabilities. We have no access to exported files.

7. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

Individual patient records can be deleted from within the App.
Your account and all associated data can be deleted from the Settings screen.
Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data permanently.

8. Children's Privacy

Fetolist is designed for use by medical professionals and is not intended for use by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
